The Claimants’ claims for unlawful deductions from their wages succeed. REMEDY BY CONSENT:[1]The Claimants’’ applications to amend their claims to include further deductions are granted by consent.[2]The outstanding payments for working rest day bonuses to which the Claimants are entitled under their contracts up to today’s date are as follows: Mr Jubel Ahmed - £573.28; Mr Laverne White £555.63; Mr Mizanur Bashar - £27.21; Mr Muhammad Abu Bakar - £13.60; and Case Numbers: 3200741/2020; 3201542/2020 2203452/2020; 3202557/2020; 2203292/2020 Mr Mohammed Abdul Hussain - £566.81[3]The Respondent agrees that under the Claimants’’ current contracts they are entitled to a working rest day bonus when a rest day is worked and all rostered duties (currently 40 hours) have been completed in the relevant week.
