JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant was contractually entitled to but was not paid one months’ notice on termination of his employment on 4 January 2018. The breach of contract claim succeeds in the sum of £2,080 (net).[2]The Claimant was entitled to 28 days’ holiday pursuant to the Working Time Regulations 1998 for the holiday year 1 January to 31 December 2017. The Claimant took 13 days holiday. The Respondent failed to pay him in lieu of 15 days accrued holiday upon termination. The holiday pay claims succeeds in the sum of £1,440.[3]By reason of the Respondent’s failure to pay the Claimant the sums due upon termination, he has incurred bank charges in the sum of £105.59 for which the Respondent is liable. .
