JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent has made an unlawful deduction from the wages of the Claimant, Sarah Clark, and is ordered to pay to the Claimant, Sarah Clark the net sum of £4,085.57 in respect of the amount unlawfully deducted.[2]The Respondent was in breach of contract by failing to pay pension contributions of the Claimant, Sarah Clark. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant, Sarah Clark, the sum of £3,744.31, being damages for breach of contract.[3]The Respondent has made an unlawful deduction from the wages of the Claimant, Marcio Carvalho, and is ordered to pay the Claimant, Marcio Carvalho, the net sum of £3,608.53 in respect of the amount unlawfully deducted.[4]The Respondent was in breach of contract by failing to pay pension contributions of the Claimant, Marcio Carvalho. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant, Marcio Carvalho, the sum of £2,121.87, being damages for breach of contract.
