JUDGMENT
The judgment of the tribunal is that: 1.1. the claimant’s claim for unauthorised deductions from wages (arrears of pay) in relation to the period between 1 November 2022 and 31 December 2022 succeeds and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of ONE THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED, AND SEVENTY TWO POUNDS AND SIXTY SIX PENCE (£1972.66) subject to any required deductions for tax and national insurance provided that the respondent remits any such amount to His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs and accounts to the claimant for any such payment. 1.2. the claimant’s claim for unauthorised deductions from wages (holiday pay) in relation to the period between 1 April 2022 and 31 December 2022 succeeds and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of FOUR HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-EIGHT POUNDS AND FOURTEEN PENCE (£478.14) subject to any required deductions for tax and national insurance provided that the respondent remits any such amount to His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs and accounts to the claimant for any such payment. 1.3. the claimant’s claim for breach of contract (notice pay) in relation to the termination of her employment by the respondent on 31 December 2022 - 1 - Case Number: 3200710/2023 succeeds and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of ONE THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-TWO POUNDS (£1372.00) subject to any required deductions for tax and national insurance provided that the respondent remits any such amount to His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs and accounts to the claimant for any such payment. 1.4. The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment which the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant in the gross sum of TWO THOUSAND AND FIFTYEIGHT POUNDS (£2,058.00) [6 weeks x £343.00 gross weekly pay].
