JUDGMENT

[1]It is the judgment of the tribunal that all the claimants have status to claim their wages arrears of pay and expenses from the respondent companies.[2]The respondent companies shall now be served upon their registered offices and not at the address at 26 Draper Close, Grays, Essex RM20 4WB.[3]The claimants’ claims succeed as follows: Mr I Petrov - arrears of pay for 2.6 days at £120.00 per day = £312.00 Mr Gibson - arrears of pay in respect of 8 days at £145/£150.00 per day is £1325.00. Travel expenses including fuel, £609.00. Judgment total £1934.00 Mr C Mazga - arrears of pay for 9 days at £100.00 = £900.00. Supplementary 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 Case Numbers: 3200689, 3200690, & 3200691/2018 consequential losses under section 24(2) of the Employment Rights Act 1996, £74.00. Therefore judgment total is £974.00.[4]The two respondents are jointly and separately liable for the sums under this judgment.
