[1]The proceedings are dismissed following a withdrawal of the claim by the Claimant.REASONS
[1]The name of the First Respondent is amended from Randstad Recruitment Limited to Randstad Solutions Limited.[2]The name of the Second Respondent is amended from OSR Ltd to OSR Recruitment Services Limited.[3]The claim related to a possible transfer of undertakings between the Second and First Respondent on 6 January 2019 and payment of accrued holiday pay and unpaid wages prior to 7 January 2019.[4]The Claimant has settled these claims by way of COT3 on 22 August 2019.[5]The Claimant has withdrawn her claims by correspondence to the Tribunal on 5 September 2019. Her claims are therefore dismissed. .
