JUDGMENT
The judgment of the tribunal is that: 1.1. the claimant’s claim for breach of contract (notice pay) succeeds. The notice pay (gross) amount payable to the claimant is £423.08. The respondent has paid the claimant the sum of £292.73 comprising the net amount payable to the claimant in respect of her notice pay. The respondent shall pay the remaining sum of ONE HUNDRED AND THRITY POUNDS AND THIRTY-FIVE PENCE (£130.35) to His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs being the required deductions computed by the respondent for tax and national insurance provided that the respondent remits any such amount to His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs and accounts to the claimant for any such payment.
