The Judge being satisfied that the Respondents are Beachclub Blanket Ltd t/a Beach Blanket Babylon and that Beach Blanket Babylon and Robert Newmark Restaurants are the trading name of Robert Kenneth Newmark the Respondents have been amended, accordingly. The Respondents having failed to enter a response, the Judgment of the tribunal is that:[1]The Respondents have made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant's wages and;[2]The Respondents are ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £696.
