[1]The Claimant’s complaint for unpaid wages for November 2023 succeeds.[2]The Claimant’s claim for 14 days accrued holiday from 8 June 2023 to 28 November 2023 succeeds.[3]The Claimant’s claim for unpaid notice pay fails and is dismissed.[4]Since the Claimant will be liable for tax on the elements relating to pay, the gross figure is used in the calculation.[5]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the total sum of £1290.91 in respect of her successful claims.
