[1]The Respondent is Beachclub Limited trading as Beach Blanket Babylon. Beach Blanket Babylon and Robert Newmark Restaurants are the trading names of Robert Kenneth Newmark and the Respondents names have been amended accordingly.[2]The Respondents have failed to enter a Response to the Claimant’s claim.[3]The Respondents have made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages.[4]The Respondent’s are ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £10,208.13.
