JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claims for unfair dismissal was not presented to the Employment Tribunal within the period of three months commencing with the effective date of termination of the Claimant’s employment. The Employment Tribunal is not satisfied that it was not reasonably practicable for the claims to have been presented within that three months time limit. The claim is out of time. The Employment Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear that claim. The claim for unfair dismissal is therefore dismissed.[2]Following an unsuccessful application to amend his claim, the Claimant’s claims in relation to discrimination are dismissed.
