JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal contrary to Section 94 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 was not presented within the time limit stipulated by Section 111 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 as it was reasonably practicable for him to have presented the claim within the time limit imposed by subsection 111(2)(a) and, in any event, he did not present his claim within a reasonable time thereafter for the purposes of Sub-section 111(2)(b).[2]The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear the complaint of unfair dismissal and the proceedings are dismissed.
