[1]The claim relates to a possible transfer of undertakings between the Respondent and Randstad Solutions Limited on 6 January 2019 and payment of accrued holiday pay and unpaid wages prior to 7 January 2019.[2]The Claimant has settled these claims as well as any related claims against Randstad Solutions Limited by way of COT3.[3]The Claimant has withdrawn her claims by correspondence to the Tribunal on 6 September 2019. Her claims are therefore dismissed. .
