JUDGMENT
[1]Time is extended for presentation of the Claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages, pursuant to Section 23(1)(4) of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[2]The Claimant’s complaint in respect of unlawful deductions from his wages is well-founded. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant, pursuant to Section 24(1)(a) of the Employment Rights Act 1996, the total sum of £435.77 gross, in respect of the time which he worked but for which he was not paid between March 2022 and November 2022.[3]The Claimant’s complaint under the National Minimum Wage Act 1998 is not well-founded and is dismissed.[4]The Tribunal has no jurisdiction over the Claimant’s complaint in respect of non-payment of Statutory Sick Pay and that complaint is dismissed.
