JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s claim of for holiday pay accrued but not taken under Regulations 13 and 13A of the Working Time Regulations 1998 is well-founded and succeeds. The respondent will pay the claimant one day’s pay - £269.23 – gross without deduction of Income Tax or National Insurance.[2]The claimant’s claim for notice pay (breach of contract) under Article 3 of the Employment Tribunals Extension of jurisdiction (England & Wales) Order 1994 is well founded and succeeds. The respondent shall pay the claimant one week’s pay - £1,346.15 – gross without deduction of Income Tax or National Insurance.[3]The claimant’s claim for reimbursement of expenses (breach of contract) under Article 3 of the Employment Tribunals Extension of jurisdiction (England & Wales) Order 1994 is well founded and succeeds. The respondent shall pay the claimant £448.95 gross without deduction of Income Tax or National Insurance.[4]The total payable by the respondent to the claimant is £2,064.33. 1 of 2 Case Number: 3200605/2024
