Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 Upon the Respondent failing to file an ET3 within the time limit imposed by rule 16 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 AND Upon considering the information provided by the Claimant The claim succeeds and the remedy to which the Claimant is entitled is as follows:[1]The Respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £594.00, (for 72 hours worked at £8.25 per hour) less any deductions lawfully to be made in repsect of tax and national insurance.
