[1]The claim for accrued and unpaid holiday pay SUCCEEDS. The Claimant is entitled to the sum of £1,108.98 and the calculation of outstanding holiday pay is agreed by the Respondent. The Respondent shall pay this sum to the Claimant within 28 days.[2]The claim of unfair dismissal does not succeed and is DISMISSED.[3]The claim for damages in breach of contract because the Claimant claims that he is entitled to unpaid ‘store commission’ in the sum of £4,280 does not succeed and is DISMISSED.
