The claim that the Claimant was subjected to a detriment on the ground that he made protected disclosures by ‘in or around January-February 2021, two GCB 3 roles - Head of ER and Head of Personal Conduct and Investigations - were filled without the Claimant being informed of the vacancies or being given the opportunity to apply’ is struck out.REASONS
[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £500 following a preliminary hearing held on 4 April 2022. The claimant notified the Tribunal on 11 May 2022 that he had decided not to pay this deposit. The complaint referred to above is therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.
