Made under Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013[1]On the morning of the hearing, the claimant submitted an offer letter from the respondent dated 4 January 2023 and a payslip dated 24 February 2023. I therefore had sufficient information to deal with the claim under Rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The correct name of the respondent is Eco Build Partners Ltd trading as Senergy Direct and the Tribunal’s records will be amended accordingly.[3]The claimant’s claim of unauthorised deduction of wages under section 13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is well-founded and succeeds. 1 of 2 Case Number: 3200569/2023[4]The respondent shall pay the claimant £2,288.46 (gross without deduction of income tax or National Insurance) calculated as 17 days’ pay at £134.61 per day for the period 6 February 2023 to 28 February 2023.
