JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim for a redundancy payment succeeds. He was dismissed by reason of redundancy when the Bow Triangle Contract the Respondent had ended on 12 December 2020.[2]Given the Claimant’s age and 12 years continuous employment, the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant a redundancy payment of £8573.44 (8 x 1.5 x £535.84 + 4 x £535.84).[3]The Claimant worked his notice and his claim for notice pay therefore fails and is dismissed.[4]The Claimant is entitled to 4 days accrued holiday pay. The calculation of this sum will be determined following written representations made by Case Number: 3200558/2021 25 October 2021 if the parties do not agree the sum beforehand.
