[1]The parties applied for a postponement on 22 September 2021, in order to settle the case. This was granted by the Regional Employment Judge the same day.[2]Because no further correspondence was received from either party, by letter dated 15 January 2022, I ordered that the parties write to the Tribunal by no later than 24 January 2022, stating whether the case has settled.[3]Neither party replied. I can only assume that the case has settled and/or is no longer pursued. It is therefore struck out.
