REMEDY JUDGMENT The Claimant’s claim that he was discriminated against by reason of his disability succeeds. A default judgment was issued on 6 June 2018. The Claimant is entitled to the following remedy for his successful complaint:(1) Loss of wages in the sum of £1766 (net pay per month) x 5 months and 21 days = £10,050(2) Injury to feelings = £10,000 The Respondent is to pay the Claimant the total sum of £20,050 forthwith
