JUDGMENT

[1]No order for costs is made against the Claimant by reference to Rule 76, Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.[2]The Claimant’s representative, Nas and Griffiths Legal Associates, a community interest company (CIC), company registration number 104912041, of 270 High Road, Seven Sisters, London, N15 4AJ is ORDERED to pay the Respondent the sum of £4000 for wasted costs reasonably incurred by the Respondent. The wasted costs order is made by reference to Rule 80 of the 2013 Regulations.[3]The Tribunal has had regard to the Claimant’s representative’s ability to pay with reference to Rule 84.
