REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 14 October 2019 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the manner in which the proceedings have been conducted by or on behalf of the claimant has been unreasonable in failing to respond to the Respondent’s request for disclosure the claimant is in breach of the Order of the Tribunal dated 17 July 2019. it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 4, 5 and 6 March 2020 will not take place.
