Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The name of the Respondent is amended to Tendring Reuse & Employment Enterprise Limited which is a minor spelling change at the same registered address as provided in the ET1.[2]The Respondent has failed to enter a response to the Claimant’s claims and pursuant to rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013 judgment is issued in his favour in respect his unpaid wages claims.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the total sum of £5995.29 in respect of his claim.
