The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]In a letter dated 5 January 2024, the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing by 19 January 2024, as to why the claim should not be struck out because:• the Claimant not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 21 November 2023; and• the Claimant is not actively pursuing her claim.[2]The Claimant has not responded to the letter of 5 January 2024. Therefore, in circumstances where the Claimant has failed to comply with an order of the Tribunal and has not been actively pursuing the claim, it is appropriate to strike the Claim out.
