JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal was not presented in time, in accordance with s.111(2) Employment Rights Act 1996. Accordingly the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear and determine that complaint, which is struck out.

[2]The Claimant’s complaints of disability discrimination in breach of the Equality Act 2010 were presented in time, in accordance with s.123(1)(b) of the Equality Act 2010. Those complaints will go forward to be determined by the full Tribunal in due course.
