[1]The Respondent’s representative having accepted that the Claimant was owed two weeks’ notice pay following his dismissal (i.e. he had been paid 5 weeks’ pay in lieu of notice instead of his correct entitlement of 7 weeks (see Minutes of Preliminary Hearing (Closed) 9 May 2019, paragraph 3), the Claimant succeeds in his claim for wrongful dismissal. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £419.26 gross, if this has not been paid already.
