JUDGMENT

[1]The claim for an unauthorised deduction of wages consisting of a week’s pay for the period 23 to 30 December 2023 is dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant.[2]The claim for an unauthorised deduction of wages is well founded but only to the extent of there being an entitlement to 1.5 days’ accrued but untaken annual leave as at the effective date of termination (i.e. 23 December 2023).[3]The Respondent shall therefore pay to the Claimant compensation in the sum of £187.50 for accrued but untaken annual leave by way of unpaid wages.
