JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent has made an unlawful deduction from wages in respect of the Claimant between 1 January 2019 and 18 March 2019.[2]The Respondent has breached the Claimant’s contract of employment by failing to pay him notice pay.[3]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant holiday pay in respect of 4 days of holiday owed but untaken at the date of dismissal.[4]The Claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment.[5]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £13,806.27 assessed as follows:5.1 Unpaid wages: £3,970.50;5.2 Damages for breach of contract: £408.97;5.3 Holiday pay: £292.30;5.4 Redundancy pay: £9,134.50.
