JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent has made an unlawful deduction from the Claimant’s wages between 1 January 2019 and 31 March 2019.[2]The Respondent has breached the Claimant’s contract of employment by failing to pay her notice pay.[3]The Respondent has failed to pay the Clamant holiday pay in respect of 6 days of holiday owed but untaken at the date of dismissal.[4]The Claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment.[5]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £4,512.96 assessed as follows:5.1 Unpaid wages: £3,0005.2 Damages for breach of contract: £3135.3 Holiday pay: £276.925.4 Redundancy pay: £923.04 Case Number: 3200507/2019
