[1]The time to bring the claims for an unauthorised deduction from wages in respect of holiday pay and for notice pay are extended.[2]The Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages in respect of holiday pay.[3]The Claimant is owed notice pay by the Respondent.[4]The Claimant is owed a redundancy payment by the Respondent.[5]The Respondent is to pay the Claimant a total of £6,547.50 comprised of:(1) Holiday pay: £1,697.50;(2) Notice pay: £1,940.00; 1 of 2 Case Number: 3200479/2021 V(3) Redundancy pay: £2,910.
