JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant was a worker of the Respondent within s 230(3)(b) Employment Rights Act 1996 and the Tribunal therefore has jurisdiction to hear his claim under s13 and s23 Employment Rights Act 1996 (unpaid wages).[2]The Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages contrary to s13 Employment Rights Act 1996 when it failed to pay him £1000 (gross), due on 1st January 2023. This sum is therefore payable by the Respondent to the Claimant.[3]The claim for unfair dismissal is dismissed because s108(1) Employment Rights Act 1996 requires two years continuous employment to be able to bring the claim
