[1]In respect of unauthorised deduction of wages, the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the net sum of £2,033.58 (4 weeks’ net pay) pursuant to s 13 of The Employment Rights Act 1996.[2]In respect of the claim for unpaid pay in lieu of contractual notice, the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the net sum of £5,633.48 (12 weeks’ net pay).[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant compensation in the sum of £557.69 (the equivalent of one weeks’ gross pay) for failing to provide the Claimant with itemised payslips for January and February 2025 pursuant to s 8 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.
