Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Claimant was unfairly constructively dismissed, wrongfully dismissed and is owed holiday pay.[2]The Respondent must pay the Claimant £9,227.37 (without making any deductions for tax) within 14 days from the date that this judgment is sent to the parties. This figure is made up of the following:a. a basic award of £768.56;b. a compensatory award of £5,862.80;c. damages for wrongful dismissal of £683.16; andd. holiday pay of £1,912.85.
