JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant failed to present his claims of unfair dismissal and unlawful deduction of wages before the end of three months beginning with the effective date of dismissal (s.112(a) Employment Rights Act 1996) and the date of payment of the wage from which the deduction was made (s.23(2)(a) Employment Rights Act 1996) and the Employment Tribunal has found that it was reasonably practicable for him to have done so.[2]The Claimant's claims are dismissed because the Employment Tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider them for that reason.
