[1]The Claimant’s claim for constructive dismissal fails and is dismissed.[2]The claim for disability discrimination by failing to make a reasonable adjustment fails and is dismissed.[3]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy. The Claimant’s refusal of the Respondent’s offer of suitable alternative employment was not unreasonable.[4]The Claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment and notice pay. REMEDY The Claimant is awarded the following sums by way of remedy, payable by the Respondent forthwith:[1]Redundancy payment in the sum of £5824.00 (15.5 weeks’ pay at £375.75) Case Number: 3200460/2019[2]Notice pay in the sum of £4509 gross, payable net after deductions for tax and national insurance.
