JUDGMENT
[1]The name of the Respondent is amended to “Laindon Community Association”.[2]The time to bring the claim for an unauthorised deduction from wages in respect of holiday pay is extended to the date on which the ET1 Claim Form was filed.[3]The Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages in respect of holiday pay.[4]The Claimant is owed a redundancy payment by the Respondent.[5]The Respondent is to pay the Claimant a total of £2,358.76 comprised of:(1) Holiday pay: £723.76; 1 of 2 Case Number: 3200456/2021 V(2) Redundancy pay: £1,635.
