Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The Respondent having failed to present an ET3 response to the claim by 15 April 2019 the Judgment of the Tribunal is as follows.[1]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant's wages for the months of October and November 2018 and is ordered to pay the Claimant two months’ gross salary at £6666 .67 a month in the total gross sum of £13.333.34. Any liability for tax on this sum lies with the Claimant.[2]In breach of the Claimant’s contract of employment the Respondent failed to pay to the Claimant expenses outstanding in the sum of £373.67
