JUDGMENT
IT IS ADJUDGED that:(1) The Claimant was wrongfully dismissed by the Respondent; and secondly that he was not paid the holiday pay to which he was entitled on the termination of his employment.(2) No compensation is payable to the Claimant in relation to his complaint of wrongful dismissal, since the Claimant has mitigated his losses in full.(3) The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant outstanding holiday pay of £1,247.62.(4) The Claimant is ordered to pay a contribution of £7,000 towards the Respondent’s costs, pursuant to Rule 76(i)(a) of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution & Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, arising from his unreasonable conduct of these proceedings from late June 2017 up to and including the date of this hearing.
