JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal (including her claim that the dismissal was automatically unfair contrary to Section 103A of the Employment Rights Act 1996) is not well founded and is dismissed.[2]The Claimant’s claims that she was subjected to detriments on the grounds that she made protected disclosures contrary to Section 47B and 48 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 are dismissed.[3]The Claimant’s claim that she suffered unlawful deductions from her wages made on the basis that she should have been paid at the rate applicable to an Assistant Manager is not well founded and is dismissed.[4]In respect of the Claimant’s claim for payment in respect of annual leave entitlement accrued but untaken at the date of termination of employment brought under regulation 30 of the Working Time Regulations 1998 the parties have agreed that, without any admission of liability, the Respondent shall pay the Case Number: 3200369/2020 Claimant the sum of £501.38 and, by consent, the Tribunal orders the Respondent to pay that sum. Upon that agreement being reached the claim is dismissed upon withdrawal by the Claimant. .
