JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-found. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages from 1 December 2023 and this deduction is ongoing.[2]The respondent shall pay the claimant £14,512.68, which is the gross sum due to the date of this hearing. The claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insurance.[3]The respondent shall pay the claimant £403.13 per week, which is the gross sum due per week until the contract is terminated in accordance with the contract of employment. The claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insurance.
