JUDGMENT

[1]Mr Stafford was one of the 125 employees employed the Second Respondent’s Bow location who was entitled to a protective award following judgment given in case number 3202653/2019 and others issued on 13 October 2020.[2]Mr Stafford has not been paid the protective award. The First Respondent is therefore ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £6731.03 (90 days pay) in respect of his protective award entitlement.[3]Mr Molloy was one of the 125 employees employed the Second Respondent’s Bow location who was entitled to a protective award following judgment given in case number 3202653/2019 and others issued on 13 October 2020. Case Numbers: 3200362/2021 and 3200402/2021[4]Mr Molloy has not been paid the protective award. The First Respondent is therefore ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £6999.00 (90 days pay) in respect of his protective award entitlement.
