JUDGMENT

[1]The claim is struck out under Employment Tribunal Rule 37(1)(c) because the claimant has failed to comply with the Tribunal orders made at the preliminary hearing on 10 July 2023, which the Claimant attended, and which were sent to the parties in writing on 18 August 2023.[2]The claim is also struck out under Employment Tribunal Rule 37(1)(d) because it has not been actively pursued. The Claimant has failed to respond to communication sent to him by the Respondent and the Tribunal since September 2023.[3]The hearing dates of 24 – 26 July 2024 are vacated.
