It is the unanimous judgment of the Tribunal that:-[1]The Claimant’s complaint of automatic unfair dismissal under s.99 Employment Rights Act 1996 and Reg 10 Maternity and Parental Leave etc Regulations 1999 succeeds.[2]The Claimant’s complaint of maternity discrimination contrary to s.18 Equality Act 2010 succeeds.[1]A remedy hearing shall take place at 10am on 26 February 2019, time estimate one day.[2]By 11 January 2019 the Claimant shall provide to the Respondent and the Tribunal an updated Schedule of Loss and a statement setting out any matters relevant to her claim for compensation for injury to feelings.
