JUDGMENT

The judgment of the Tribunal is as follows: Deduction from Wages:[1]The complaint of unauthorised deduction from wages is well-founded. The Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant’s wages as follows:1.1 £250 in January 2025.1.2 £250 in February 2025.[2]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £500 which is the gross sum deducted. The Claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax or National Insurance. Notice Pay:[3]The complaint of breach of contract in relation to notice pay is well-founded. PHCM Order 1 of 2 September 2023 Case Number: 3200292/2025[4]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £4104.07 as damages for breach of contract. This figure has been calculated on the basis of his net pay at the date of dismissal. Holiday pay:[5]The complaint in respect of holiday pay is well-founded. The Respondent was in breach of contract in failing to pay the Claimant for holidays accrued but not taken on the date that the Claimant’s employment ended.[6]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £2907.63. The Claimant is responsible for paying any tax or National Insurance due on this sum.
