The Respondent must pay the Claimant £2560 by 24 June 2024.REASONS
[1]The Respondent failed to enter an ET3 and failed to appear today in response to the Notice of Hearing issued on 17/4/24.[2]I heard evidence from the Claimant who told me that he worked for the Respondent on commission introducing deals which were concluded on or about the following dates in respect of which he is entitled to commission as shown, which the Respondent has failed to pay him; 9/23 £240; 15/10 £240; 15/09 £240; 5/10 £240; 5/10 £160; 5/10 £160; 3/10 £240; 9/10 £280; 10/10 £160; 13/10 £240.[3]He also told me that he introduced two more prospective deals which he believes were probably concluded on or about the following dates which would have earned him commission as shown, but he was not in a position to confirm this as his employment had ended: 27/10 £200; 19/10 £160.
