JUDGMENT

Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 Judgment having been entered for the Claimant on 9 May 2017 and having regard to the claims set out in his schedule of loss:[1]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £669.59 in respect of an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant's wages.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay damages to the Claimant of £2,310 for breach of contract in respect of notice..[3]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £2,700.[4]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £829.50.[5]The Respondent shall pay compensation to the Claimant of £1650 for unfair dismissal.[6]The Respondent shall pay costs to the Claimant of £250 in respect of the issue fee paid by him.[7]The hearing listed on 18 July 2017 is cancelled.[8]The recoupment provisions do not apply. (The total of the above awards (including costs) is £8,409.09.)
