[2]The Claimant is entitled to the following remedy: 2.1. In respect of unpaid wages, £3,120. 2.2. In respect of holiday pay, £239.85. 2.3. In respect of notice pay, (breach of contract) £325. 2.4. In respect of compensation for loss sustained, £184.98.[3]For the avoidance of doubt, the total payable to the Claimant under the terms of this Judgment is £3869.83 and is to be paid without deduction.[4]From which of the Respondents the Claimant is entitled to payment, shall be determined at the hearing on 21 May 2018. The Claimant must bring documents to the hearing that will assist the tribunal in that regard.
