The Judgment of the tribunal is that: 1.1. The claimant’s complaints of:(a) direct sex discrimination(b) direct age discrimination; and(c) direct race discrimination pursuant to section 13 of the Equality Act 2010 insofar as they relate to the acts set out paragraphs 3a and 3b of the Agreed List of Issues, are dismissed on grounds that they were not presented to the Tribunal within the time limit set out at section 123(1)(a) of the Equality Act 2010 and it is not just and equitable for the Tribunal to extend time. 1.2. The claimant’s remaining complaints of (a) direct sex discrimination (b) direct age discrimination; and (c) direct race discrimination pursuant to section 13 of the Equality Act 2010 are not well founded and they are hereby dismissed.
